This form is for members of Handsworth Golf Club to register their details so that the Club may contact them when the Members area of the site is up and running.
When the Members area of the site is ready, the Club will email you at the email address you provide here.
In order to access the Members area you will need to use the email address and password that you provide on this form. Don't worry if you can't remember them, a reminder will be included in the email we send you.
In order to ensure that only Handsworth Golf Club members register for the Members area we need you to provide the 13 numbers that are printed on the front of your Handsworth Golf Club swipe card. This number is unique to you and will allow us to verify that you are a member of the Club.
